Adhesive labels

Every newly manufactured Porsche vehicle goes through various production processes - from body production to final acceptance and delivery. In order to be able to assign the vehicle to its production number at all times, it was given a barcode EAN sticker in the doorway on the passenger side, which enabled an unambiguous assignment at each production step.

On delivery, this sticker was present in every vehicle and is nowadays only rarely damage-free at its place due to weather influences and the placement in the area of the oil lines.
